Chardonnay Grada Vine dry white wine

WINEMAKING METHODS AND NOTES

For a good wine, the vinery must be planted on the soils best matching the specific variety of grapes. To make a first-class white wine one must have good vineyards, good skills and equipment. The harvest of 2014 was a good one and we manufactured a high quality white wine. The mellow bunches of grapes have been gathered manually in the early morning. The cold bunches are better squeezed and controlled, enabling us to assure the maximum color extraction, as the color is almost at all times insufficient in white wines. The production process pursues the preservation of ample taste and here it all depends on the first processing step. Fermentation is done on intrinsic yeasts and lasts for a very long time, until the necessary rich texture is obtained. It is a simple and clear approach of harmony, it outlines the freshness, charm and taste of the future wine.
